Financial Services Sales Representative - Annuities
Alternate location: Radnor, PA. Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days per week in a Lincoln office. Relocation assistance is not available for this opportunity.
About the role
As a Financial Services Sales Representative, you will build and maintain business relationships with advisors who market our products and services to meet or exceed individual and team sales goals. This consultative, phone-based position responds to broker inquiries received via inbound calls, addressing questions on product features, performance, literature requests, and hypothetical illustrations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Annuities products, services, and operational structure to identify and target sales growth opportunities.
- Provide product and illustration sales support on Lincoln’s products and services—including sales support tools and marketing ideas—to assigned advisors, registered representatives, brokers, and plan sponsors/participants.
- Build and maintain business relationships through effective communication via email, phone, and in-person interactions with internal and external stakeholders in a customer-centric and professional manner.
- Identify, recommend, and champion process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence team quality and performance.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
- FINRA SIE License – must obtain within 120 days.
- FINRA Series 6 License – must obtain within 120 days.
- FINRA Series 63 License – must obtain within 120 days (if required by state).
- Resident Life & Health insurance licenses – must obtain within 120 days.
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of a degree) – minimum required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $44,800 – $81,400, with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Pay may vary above or below the listed range based on non-discriminatory factors including work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency, and qualifications. The base pay is one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package, which may also include eligibility for the Annual Incentive Program (discretionary, based on company, business unit, and individual performance), long-term incentives, sales incentives, and standard benefits.
