About the role
In this position, you will work directly with individuals, families, and business owners to understand financial goals, identify protection needs, and recommend strategies that support long-term confidence and security.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial reviews to understand client goals, risk tolerance, current protection, and long-term objectives
- Present investment products, retirement strategies, and wealth accumulation options tailored to client needs
- Recommend life insurance solutions that help protect families, businesses, income, and financial futures
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, marketing efforts, existing clients, and proactive outreach
- Build long-term client relationships through reviews, follow-up, proactive communication, and excellent service
- Maintain compliance with insurance, securities, and financial services regulations
- Accurately document client interactions, recommendations, and follow-up activity
Requirements
- Active Life & Health Insurance License
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, or equivalent registrations
- Strongly Preferred: FINRA Series 65 license
- Prior experience in financial services, investment sales, retirement planning, or life insurance
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred
- Candidates without Property & Casualty must be willing to obtain it with agency support
Qualifications
- Proven success in financial services, investment sales, retirement planning, or life insurance sales
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to grow production and revenue
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with strong organization and follow-up habits
