Role Description
As a Financial Services Representative, you will combine financial expertise with strong sales execution to educate clients, uncover needs, and deliver tailored solutions. Your consultative approach—paired with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset—will directly contribute to agency growth while helping clients make confident financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with Clients
- Provide comprehensive financial guidance, including life insurance, retirement strategies, and investment solutions tailored to each client’s goals.
- Drive Sales Growth
- Actively prospect, market, and sell financial products, identify new opportunities, and consistently close business to meet or exceed production goals.
- Portfolio Guidance
- Support clients with asset allocation strategies, long-term planning, and ongoing financial reviews to ensure alignment with their objectives.
- Ensure Compliance
- Maintain adherence to all financial services regulations, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications
- A strong sales-driven mindset with a proven track record in financial product or insurance sales
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, investment planning, or life insurance
- Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills
- Life & Health license required; FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 strongly preferred
- Self-motivated, competitive, and able to build long-term client relationships while consistently driving revenue
