ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Financial Services Representative with Steve Womack State Farm, you will help individuals and families make smart, confident financial decisions. You’ll take a consultative approach, guiding clients through financial products that protect their future, build wealth, and manage risk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive financial reviews and needs-based consultations
- Educate clients on investment, retirement, and risk management strategies
- Aid with portfolio management and asset allocation recommendations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities within an existing client base
- Maintain compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and growth
- Partner with the agency team to generate new financial services opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, insurance, or investments
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to translate financial concepts into clear, client-friendly solutions
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
