About the role
Join Fidelity’s team as a Financial Services Representative and support customers while building a foundation for a career in financial planning and advice. This role offers paid training to help you obtain essential licenses, including:
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Series 7 Top Off
- Series 66
Fidelity fully sponsors these licenses, providing paid study time 4 days a week, licensing coaches, structured study plans, and dedicated support. This role requires successful completion of all exams.
You’ll begin with a hybrid schedule (4 days remote, 1 day on-site), supporting customers with increasing complexity to strengthen your skills. Dedicated weekly time is allocated for development, networking, and training. After completing the program, you’ll transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role, with potential for additional remote support based on business needs.
During onboarding, you’ll assist customers over the phone, handling inquiries about account balances, processing withdrawals and transfers, identifying resources, and placing trades. After onboarding, you’ll work on-site in the Investor Center daily.
Responsibilities
- Support Fidelity customers over the phone, answering questions about account balances and processing transactions.
- Place trades and identify resources for customers.
- Transition to on-site work in the Investor Center after completing onboarding.
- Build and solidify skills through remote and on-site customer interactions.
- Participate in weekly development, networking, and training sessions.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $75,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is part of a total compensation package that may also include bonus or variable compensation, depending on eligibility.
Schedule
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout. Currently, this role begins with a hybrid schedule (4 days remote, 1 day on-site) and transitions to fully on-site after completing the program. Onsite expectations may evolve as the rollout continues.
