About the role

Join our team as a Financial Services Representative where you'll support Fidelity's customers while building a great foundation for a career in financial planning and advice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for a future as the official face of Fidelity in investor centers.
• Support customers with increasing complexity to strengthen your skills.
• Work 4 days remotely and 1 day on-site, supporting customers over the phone and in-person.
• Gain confidence and develop proficiency serving customers as you join the wealth management development track.
• Build advanced skills that will further develop your career in planning.
• Complete paid training to obtain FINRA licenses: SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66.
• Receive paid study time, licensing coaches, structured study plans, and dedicated support to help you succeed.
• Transition to a fully on-site Investor Center role after completing the program.

Requirements

• High energy and enthusiasm with a demonstrated passion for helping people.
• Flexibility and self-motivation.
• Experience in customer service (phone or in-person) and an ability to thrive face-to-face with clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and build a profession in financial services.
• Superb interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
