About the role

The Financial Services Representative (FSR) drives loan sales, manages past-due accounts, prepares tax returns, and assists customers with their financial needs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting high-volume outbound calls for collections and new business
• Closing loans and explaining terms
• Handling in-person customer interactions for loan applications and tax services
• Processing payments, updating accounts, and maintaining accurate records
• Balancing cash and performing bank deposits
• Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Sales, customer service, or collections experience with proven results
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Bilingual in Spanish
