About the role

Scott Credit Union is hiring a Financial Service Representative in Edwardsville, IL to support members and strengthen the community connection.

Responsibilities

• Identify, educate, present, and cross-sell SCU products and services to members.
• Meet individual sales and operational goals.
• Aid the branch team in achieving branch goals.
• Maintain cross-functional capabilities.
• Process financial transitions for members, including account openings and closings.
• Handle loan application requests, input, review, and close them.
• Process deposits and withdrawals from accounts.
• Perform teller duties, including opening and closing terminals, balancing reports, and remitting work.
• Complete OFAC screens and report positive matches to the BSA Group.
• Comply with BSA requirements by completing CTR and SARs.
• Foster and maintain relationships with members.
• Investigate member concerns, research, and recommend resolutions.
• Ensure member service satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Personal computer experience with Microsoft Office products.
