About the role

This branch is a Retail In-Store branch located in Walmart, Meijer, and Kroger stores.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stellar service to credit union members and potential new members.
• Serve as a face for the brand with a happy, confident, and positive demeanor.
• Provide personalized financial solutions, including loan decisions, savings strategies, and account recommendations.
• Introduce potential new members to the benefits of Michigan First Credit Union membership.
• Follow through on promises and ensure all details are covered.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, personable candidates who genuinely enjoy interacting with people.
• Professional experience, preferably 3+ years, in financial sales, retail, relationship banking, or personal banking.
• Customer service experience, preferably 3+ years.
• Ability to learn products and services thoroughly and quickly.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate branch hours (Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m., Saturday 10:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.).
• Ability to assist at any in-store location to meet business needs.
