In this role, you will report to the Branch Manager and play a key part in delivering five-star service while building strong relationships with our members. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to credit union members.
- Represent our brand with a happy, confident, and positive attitude.
- Provide personalized financial solutions, including loan advice, savings strategies, and account recommendations.
- Act as a critical thinker and expert interviewer to understand members’ unique needs.
- Follow through on promises and ensure all details are covered.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial sales, retail, or a relationship/personal banker role.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Ability to quickly and thoroughly learn our products and services.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
