Financial Services Representative
About the Role
We are seeking an outgoing, personable Financial Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Branch Manager and thrive on delivering five-star service while building relationships with our members. Our goal is to provide personalized financial solutions that leave members happy, satisfied, and worry-free.
Responsibilities
- Deliver stellar service to credit union members.
- Serve as a face for our brand—happy, confident, and positive.
- Provide unique and personalized financial solutions, including loan decisions, savings strategies, and account recommendations.
- Follow through on promises and ensure all details are covered.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial sales, retail, or a relationship/personal banker role.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Ability to learn products and services thoroughly and quickly.
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
