Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently — including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and cash handling — while balancing daily activity to operational standards.
Deliver a welcoming, professional experience to every customer who visits the branch, resolving routine inquiries with confidence and care.
Identify basic customer financial needs through everyday interactions and refer customers to the appropriate banking products, services, or team members.
Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options to improve their convenience and long-term banking experience.
Support branch sales activity through referrals, appointment setting, and participation in outbound calling efforts.
Maintain strict compliance with all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies in every transaction and customer interaction.

A positive, customer-first attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and comfort working accurately with cash and financial transactions.
Eagerness to learn both the operational and relationship sides of branch banking.
Reliability, professionalism, and a team-oriented work ethic.
Prior cash handling, customer service, or retail experience is a plus but not required.
