Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Process transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records
• Provide educational support to clients regarding financial products and services
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
