Key Responsibilities Respond to routine account or service questions using approved information and procedures.Review account records before processing permitted updates or explaining current status.Document customer interactions, requested actions, and unresolved items accurately.Coordinate follow-up when a request requires additional review or specialist support.Check financial-service records for missing or inconsistent information before completing assigned tasks.Protect customer and financial information throughout each interaction. Qualifications Working knowledge of Financial Services, Customer Communication, and Account Support.Ability to apply Documentation and Problem Solving accurately in assigned work.Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.
