About The Role

The Financial Services Representative will support routine account-service and financial-administration requests while maintaining accurate records and clear customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to routine account or service questions using approved information and procedures.
• Review account records before processing permitted updates or explaining current status.
• Document customer interactions, requested actions, and unresolved items accurately.
• Coordinate follow-up when a request requires additional review or specialist support.
• Check financial-service records for missing or inconsistent information before completing assigned tasks.
• Protect customer and financial information throughout each interaction.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Financial Services, Customer Communication, and Account Support.
• Ability to apply Documentation and Problem Solving accurately in assigned work.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear.
• Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment.

Pay

$42,000-$52,000 per year
