Financial Services Rep

This is a direct placement, permanent position based in Chandler, AZ.

About the role

As a Financial Services Professional, you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, assisting them with account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors often work under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors.
• Assist advisors with account questions, operational processes, and service requests.
• Navigate and support advisors on technology tools.
• Provide responsive, professional, and effective problem-solving under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Interest in Financial Services.
• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus.
• Sign-on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE.

Schedule

• Training: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM for 4-6 weeks.
• Post-training: Must be available for any schedule Monday–Friday between 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00/hour.
