Financial Services Rep

This is a direct placement, permanent position based in Tempe, AZ.

About the role

As a Financial Services Professional, you are often the first point of contact for financial advisors who rely on you to help them serve their clients and grow their businesses. Each day, you'll handle a high volume of inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors, assisting them with account questions, operational processes, technology tools, and service requests. Advisors often work under tight deadlines, so responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving skills are critical.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries from financial advisors
• Assist advisors with account questions and operational processes
• Support advisors in using technology tools and managing service requests
• Provide responsive and professional service under tight deadlines

Requirements

• Interest in Financial Services
• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
• Previous banking or financial services experience is a plus
• Must be available for training and subsequent schedules as outlined below

Qualifications

Sign-on bonus available for candidates who have already obtained their SIE.

Schedule

• Training: Mon-Fri from 7:30am - 3:30pm for 4-6 weeks
• After training: Must be available for any schedule Mon-Fri between 5:00am - 6:00pm

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00/hr.
