Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions.
• Build strong, lasting relationships, ensure member satisfaction, and contribute to member loyalty through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive service.
• Identify member needs, educate them on available loan products, and provide tailored solutions to drive lending success.
• Build strong relationships, identify opportunities to expand membership, and deliver exceptional service.
• Educate potential and existing members about the benefits of our products and services, fostering loyalty, and enhancing overall member engagement.
• Accurately identify members' needs and proactively refer them to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate.
• Provide clear and helpful information, ensuring members receive expert guidance tailored to their specific situation, while enhancing overall satisfaction.
• Ensure all work is completed accurately and in compliance with established standards.
• Achieve individual production goals for loan funding and account openings.
• Grow the credit union by increasing members, loans, and deposits by December 31, 2026, while achieving net income.

Requirements

• Good understanding of the foundation of determining credit worthiness.

• A trusted advisor to our members and others can rely on.
• If applicant has written and verbal proficiency and fluent in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Fully graduated High School or GED.
• Six (6) months to two (2) years of product and services sales experience similar to retail sales or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor, credit union or bank teller, or credit union or bank CSR.

Pay

Schedule

• Onsite in our Tyler, Texas Branch Office with work availability during business hours on Monday - Friday 8 AM - 6 PM, and work hours availability between 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM for occasional and weekly designated meetings.
• Saturdays are a rotating schedule 10 AM – 2 PM.
