Financial Services Manager
Location: Remote US (AL, CA, CO, FL, GA, KS, KY, MD, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA)
About the role
Lead daily project financial operations supporting toll transaction processing and billing activities. Manage toll authority account funding, payment scheduling, and account balance monitoring. Oversee accounts receivable activities, invoice validation, collections support, and payment application processes. Develop financial procedures supporting operational scalability, accuracy, and compliance. Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to resolve complex account and billing issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, financial operations, reconciliation, revenue management, or settlement operations.
- Experience managing high-volume transaction environments.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial controls.
- Advanced reconciliation and financial analysis skills.
