About the role

Eckert Seamans, a national AmLaw 200 firm, seeks a motivated Associate to join our Financial Services Litigation practices in our White Plains, New York office. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge and experience with representing financial institutions and mortgage servicers in real property matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of active matters independently
• Work well as a member of a team

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Admission to the New York bar
• Deposition and oral argument experience
• Court experience
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and enthusiastic work attitude
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Services experience

Pay

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $210,000. The final offer will consider the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work skills and experience, and education.
