About the Role
As a Senior Associate in Financial Services Global Structuring, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. You will focus on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating increasingly complex situations while growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. This role offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, allowing you to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency for multinational businesses.
- Providing guidance on structuring global tax positions to minimize risks and enhance compliance.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their tax planning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations.
- Preparing and reviewing tax documents to validate accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver quality client support.
- Conducting tax research to stay informed on evolving tax legislation and its implications.
- Supporting the development of integrated global structuring strategies for financial services clients.
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements.
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Before starting full-time, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment (Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify).
Skills
- Demonstrating skills in Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS).
- Utilizing knowledge of Controlled Foreign Companies (Taxes).

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
