The opportunity to join our Tax practice as a Senior Associate in Financial Services Global Structuring. You will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions, analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. This role focuses on building meaningful client connections, managing and inspiring others, and navigating increasingly complex situations while deepening your technical skills and personal brand.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency for multinational businesses.
  • Provide guidance on structuring global tax positions to minimize risks and enhance compliance.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tax planning needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare and review tax documents to validate accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver quality client support.
  • Conduct tax research to stay informed on evolving tax legislation and its implications.
  • Support the development of integrated global structuring strategies for financial services clients.
  • Uphold professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment (Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify).

Pay

The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
