Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the firm's legal entity information database
• Lead teams and oversee client accounts
• Focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
• A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $266,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

As a Manager you are expected to lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for maintaining project success and upholding top standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality, and leveraging team strengths to meet client expectations.
