About the role

At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. In International Tax, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses.

As a Director, you set the tone, inspire others, and drive business growth while shaping the direction of client engagements and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, ensuring quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset. You create a healthy working environment, maximise client satisfaction, and actively collaborate across the PwC Network.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting)
  • 6 years of experience
  • CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials

Pay

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
