Financial Services ERP/EPM Program Lead

Position Overview

Peloton Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Financial Services ERP/EPM Program Lead to support and grow our work with financial services clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale ERP and EPM implementation programs for financial services clients, including banks, insurance companies, asset managers, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
• Manage complex transformation programs across finance, accounting, planning, reporting, consolidation, and enterprise technology functions.
• Oversee program governance, workstream coordination, risk management, executive reporting, issue resolution, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with client finance, IT, operations, and executive leadership teams to drive successful delivery outcomes.
• Ensure programs are delivered with strong quality, accountability, and alignment to client objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management, finance transformation, consulting, ERP, EPM, or related enterprise technology delivery.
• Significant experience working with financial services organizations, such as banking, insurance, capital markets, asset management, private equity, fintech, or related sectors.
• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP and/or EPM implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance function processes, including close and consolidation, planning and forecasting, management reporting, allocations, profitability, financial reporting, and finance operations.
• Experience working with finance and IT stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong executive communication, client management, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage program scope, timelines, risks, resources, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience supporting business development, proposals, solutioning, and sales pursuits.
• Ability to identify account growth opportunities and support expansion into additional services or managed services engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, Workday, SAP, OneStream, Anaplan, or other major ERP/EPM platforms.
• Prior consulting experience in a client-facing leadership role.
• PMP, Agile, or other program management certification.
