Responsibilities

• Opening new membership accounts
• Consulting with members on consumer lending needs and educating them on available products and services relevant to their situation
• Researching inquiries and ensuring follow-through to resolution
• Handling basic transactions such as deposits and withdrawals
• Building relationships with members to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions

Requirements

• At least one year of relevant customer service experience (prior consulting, sales, and cash handling experience highly preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and proven ability to drive sales through excellent service
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred (proficiency eligible for language pay differential)
• Strong aptitude to problem solve independently and resolve challenges using available resources
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time successfully
