Job DescriptionCrowell & Moring, a global Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a mid-to-senior associate to join our Financial Services practice in New York. This individual will work with our team to represent banks, hedge funds, private equity funds and corporate clients in a broad range of credit and finance matters, including lending, derivatives, litigation finance and restructuring. Qualifications:4 to 7 years of substantive finance experience.Background in derivatives, secured transactions, creditors’ rights and/or bankruptcy law is a plus. Our Firm is committed to fair and equitable compensation practice in accordance to applicable laws. The salary range for this position is $290,000 to $355,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus. Other benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, and all-purpose leave.
