Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Acquire and maintain knowledge and skills to efficiently service customer needs.
- Sell life insurance and annuities.
- Assist with day-to-day functions of the department.
- Promote bank financial services.
- Become skilled in the use of Electronic Agency Management Systems.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Qualifications
- At least two years sales/customer service experience or related experience or comparable education.
- Procure and maintain life & health insurance license within requested timeframe.
- Knowable regarding investment services, but will not provide investment advice or direct selling of any securities.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to travel between branches as needed.
- Dependable transportation.
- Basic computer skills and able to perform moderately complex tasks.
- Able to handle and produce accurate work within a specified time frame.
- Demonstrates proficiency and commitment to excellence in performance of duties.
