Major Duties And Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain knowledge and skills to efficiently service customer needs.
  • Sell life insurance and annuities.
  • Assist with day-to-day functions of the department.
  • Promote bank financial services.
  • Become skilled in the use of Electronic Agency Management Systems.
  • Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years sales/customer service experience or related experience or comparable education.
  • Procure and maintain life & health insurance license within requested timeframe.
  • Knowable regarding investment services, but will not provide investment advice or direct selling of any securities.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able to travel between branches as needed.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills and able to perform moderately complex tasks.
  • Able to handle and produce accurate work within a specified time frame.
  • Demonstrates proficiency and commitment to excellence in performance of duties.
