Financial Service Representative, Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing customers, guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism.
• Use consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
• Engage customers by managing inbound calls with confidence and making proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote our offerings.
• Collaborate with customers on past-due accounts, offering solutions and working toward resolution.
• Participate in a hands-on training program with one-on-one mentoring to build your skills and confidence.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets.

Hours: Full Time - Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with evenings and weekends based on business needs/peak seasons

Hourly: $15.25 - $21.75
