Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to new and existing customers, guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism.
• Use consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell.
• Manage inbound calls confidently and make proactive outbound calls to attract new business and promote offerings.
• Collaborate with customers on past‑due accounts, offering solutions and working toward resolution.
• Participate in a hands‑on training program with one‑on‑one mentoring to build skills and confidence.
• Follow all regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus.
• Genuine desire to help others and provide top‑tier service.
• Confidence in promoting products and services that meet customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
• Collaborative spirit and desire to contribute to team success.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Pay

Hourly range: $16.25 – $22.75. The actual base hourly rate will be determined by location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with evenings and weekends as needed based on business needs/peak seasons.
