Financial Scriptwriter
About the role
Future Finance is a capital‑intelligence media brand that publishes a newsletter, LinkedIn, X and YouTube content for a US‑based audience aged 45 + with net worth above $1 M. The brand builds reach and credibility then hands qualified demand to the rest of the group. Its tone is calm, premium and institutional, deliberately avoiding wealth‑guru, outrage or doom framing because the target audience will not trust that tone. In this role you write Future Finance’s long‑form YouTube scripts (30‑35 minutes, roughly 4,200 words, one per week) and own the research behind every claim so each claim traces to a primary document. You also cut 3‑4 short‑form scripts from each episode for distribution. You do not pick topics, own packaging (titles, thumbnails), or name the channel’s proprietary frameworks (those come from Salim). You may write about a mechanism he’s already explained; you will not invent one and hand it to him to defend on camera.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one publish‑ready script per week (minimum four per month) as a full package: research memo, six‑beat hook, body, retention map, SHOW/SOURCE tags inline, self‑scored review sheet.
- Achieve a review‑gate score of 7 of 9 or
