Position Overview Join a fast-growing and dynamic organization as a Financial Reporting Manager in Orlando, Florida. In this key role, you'll lead consolidated financial reporting, financial statement preparation, lender reporting, and play an important role in the selection and implementation of a new corporate consolidation platform. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll oversee financial reporting across a complex multi-entity organization, help ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information, and contribute to the continued evolution of the company's reporting processes as the business continues to rapidly expand through acquisition. Responsibilities Lead the preparation and delivery of consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities, business units, and geographic regions.Manage complex consolidations and intercompany eliminations while compiling financial data from multiple accounting systems and regional operations.Prepare and analyze complete financial statement packages, including the income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and statement of equity.Prepare debt covenant calculations and support lender reporting, bank compliance packages, and other financing-related reporting requirements.Manage reporting related to equity and incentive-based compensation programs while supporting key internal and external stakeholder reporting needs.Serve as a key stakeholder in the selection and implementation of a new corporate consolidation and reporting platform while leading reporting-related process improvements and special projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required CPA license preferred Public accounting experience preferred 7-10 years of progressive experience required, including SEC financial reporting experience Strong experience crafting custom reports Technical and analytical experience Extensive experience with MS Office Suite: Excel (including modeling/analysis, charts, pivot tables, etc.), PowerPoint (including charts) Ability to understand sophisticated systems and processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present to management and executives Ability to prioritize and maintain workflow under tight conditions Engineering or service-related industry experience, preferred High attention to detail and accuracy Experience in multi-entity companies preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral Preferred Qualifications Deep technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and the ability to prepare complete financial statement packages.Public accounting, audit, or corporate financial reporting experienceProven success leading consolidations and intercompany eliminations in a complex multi-entity environmentFamiliarity with debt covenant reporting, lender compliance requirements, equity-based compensation accounting, and cap table reconciliations.Exposure to financial reporting system, consolidation platform, or ERP implementations Travel Requirements Occasional travel (up to 10%) may be required to support business needs and visits to regional offices, job sites, and other operational locations. Physical Demands & Work Environment Primarily office-based, this position requires extended periods of sitting, computer use, and communication with team members and stakeholders. Occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting of materials up to 15 pounds may be required.
