Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial reporting processes within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts to ensure they meet their performance objectives.
• Provide guidance and training on financial reporting methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with financial software and tools.

Qualifications

• CPA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
