Financial Reporting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $160,000 to $190,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of financial statements, account reconciliations, and monthly reporting packages to ensure accuracy and completeness. Analyze financial results, spending trends, and budget variances to identify key business drivers and reporting insights. Present financial performance updates and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Partner with multiple departments to support financial planning, reporting needs, and organizational initiatives. Lead special projects and process improvement efforts that enhance reporting efficiency and financial visibility. Requirements A Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Maintain an active CPA license and strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles. 3+ years of management experience leading accounting or finance teams. 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, audit support, or related accounting functions. Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with enterprise financial systems preferred. Qualifications Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate financial performance and support business decisions. Communicate effectively with executives, department leaders, and cross functional stakeholders through written and verbal presentations. Demonstrate strong leadership abilities by coaching team members, setting expectations, and driving accountability. Maintain exceptional organizational skills while managing multiple priorities and reporting deadlines.
