What You’ll Be Working On… Assist in preparing quarterly SEC filings (10-Q / 10-K) and reviewing associated earnings call materialsGather necessary data from various business unit accountants and review for accuracyAssist with tie out procedures of completed disclosuresAid in preparing the quarterly disclosure checklistPerforming quality control checks on the documentsAid the team with month-end close processGather data and prepare journal entries Who You Are...
