Financial Reporting & Analysis Principal

About the role

This position is responsible for leading and controlling financial reporting & analysis, developing and implementing HCSC’s financial reporting strategy. Position is also responsible for advising and consulting on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
• 5 years accounting and financial reporting experience
• 2 years supervisor and leadership experience, skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Established project management experience and ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization
• Demonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
• Demonstrated project management skills

Qualifications

• Compensation: $92,700.00 - $167,500.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
