Financial Planning & Analysis Principal

The business unit finance team at Lennox is seeking a Principal, Financial Planning & Analysis. The role supports the annual budget process, forecasting activities, and leads team members in analyst and planning roles for corporate functions including Marketing, Customer Experience & Revenue Operations.

Leadership skills and excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contribute to the development of Financial Strategies that align with the organization's vision and objectives.
- Analyze, evaluate, and develop forecasting models to identify and present potential opportunities and risks to management.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation, documentation, and presentation of Budgets and Forecasts.
- Ensure reports are accurate and timely, working to streamline and automate reporting processes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships across functional teams to resolve financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis issues.
- Independently lead process improvement initiatives and perform ad hoc financial analysis.
- Mentor the finance team and other business segments to enhance their understanding of financial tools and metrics.
- Maintain operational and administrative discipline by ensuring accurate and timely completion of time/attendance records, executing DPT procedures, conducting safety/quality audits, and implementing an effective cross-training plan.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of related experience.
- Working knowledge of applicable government regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
- Recent experience using AI tools (e.g., Databricks Genie, Claude for Excel).
- Advanced aptitude in problem-solving.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to lead and manage.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Career Path: Salaried exempt role with a starting salary range of $123,200-161,700 annually, with potential for annual bonuses based on performance.
