About the role

The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships and will have experience in financial services, estate planning, and annuity sales. They must also be able to obtain a Life Insurance License and Series 65 within the required timeframes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture new business and existing client relationships
  • Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Present, explain, and educate insurance policies and options
  • Maintain accurate records and workflow using Wealth Box CRM
  • Collaborate with the financial planning team to deliver integrated solutions
  • Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments
  • Open, close, and transfer accounts
  • Stay current on insurance regulations, products, and industry trends

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required
  • 1+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
  • Experience in financial services (plus)
  • Experience in estate planning (plus)
  • Experience with Redtail and Wealth Box CRM (plus)
  • Annuity sales experience (plus)
  • Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License within 30 days
  • Ability to obtain Series 65 within a year

Skills

  • Knowledge about programs and ability to effectively answer prospect questions
  • Previous experience in processing confidential, detailed paperwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated confidence and skill in public speaking

Benefits

Salary range: $40,000 - $65,000 based on experience. Plus, a bonus and commission structure. Health insurance and PTO hours are provided.
