About the role
The ideal candidate will enjoy building relationships and will have experience in financial services, estate planning, and annuity sales. They must also be able to obtain a Life Insurance License and Series 65 within the required timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture new business and existing client relationships
- Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Present, explain, and educate insurance policies and options
- Maintain accurate records and workflow using Wealth Box CRM
- Collaborate with the financial planning team to deliver integrated solutions
- Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers, or amendments
- Open, close, and transfer accounts
- Stay current on insurance regulations, products, and industry trends
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required
- 1+ years’ experience working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Experience in financial services (plus)
- Experience in estate planning (plus)
- Experience with Redtail and Wealth Box CRM (plus)
- Annuity sales experience (plus)
- Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License within 30 days
- Ability to obtain Series 65 within a year
Skills
- Knowledge about programs and ability to effectively answer prospect questions
- Previous experience in processing confidential, detailed paperwork
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated confidence and skill in public speaking
Benefits
Salary range: $40,000 - $65,000 based on experience. Plus, a bonus and commission structure. Health insurance and PTO hours are provided.
