About the role

The Relationship Manager will maintain and strengthen existing client relationships within a collaborative, team-based advisory model. They will serve as a primary contact for assigned client relationships, build trust through consistent, proactive communication, and ensure clients receive a high level of service, informed decision-making, and coordinated advice.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for assigned client relationships
  • Build trust through consistent, proactive communication
  • Maintain a deep understanding of each client's goals, priorities, and full financial picture
  • Ensure clients feel supported, informed, and engaged
  • Coordinate and participate in client meetings and reviews
  • Follow through on all client requests and action items in a timely manner
  • Monitor client accounts and ensure alignment with planning and investment direction
  • Coordinate with internal team members across tax, investments, and operations
  • Ensure all aspects of the client relationship are organized and up to date
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships
  • Support introductions to additional family members or entities when appropriate

Requirements

  • 3–10+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or client relationship management
  • Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
  • Licensing: Series 65 (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Preferred: CFP® or similar designation
