Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of financial professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth after completing phase 1.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to team members, empowering them to reach their full potential.
- Facilitate regular training sessions to enhance team skills in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
Qualifications
- Have sales or managerial experience in another industry.
- Previously ran your own career.
- Have an MBA or other equivalent degree.
Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Proficiency in marketing, business development, and customer relationship management.
