Financial Planning & Operations Manager (Korean Bilingual)
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial close, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Forecast P&L and cash flow, providing insightful variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Develop funding and capital plans to support business growth, ensuring sufficient liquidity and optimal capital structure.
- Issue and manage purchase orders (POs), coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Issue invoices to customers and partners, tracking billing accuracy, and timing.
- Manage accounts receivable and collections, monitoring outstanding balances and following up on payments.
- Process accounts payable disbursements, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or another business-related field with a minimum of 5+ years of professional work experience including 3+ years of progressive professional work experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
- Self-motivated leadership and team player and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA or CFA certification.
- Experience in the solar and/or finance industry.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to enhance productivity and analysis.

The salary range is required by the California Pay Transparency Act and may differ depending on the location of those candidates hired nationwide.
