  • Aid in scheduling appointments for financial advisors
  • Create declaration page quote sheets for meetings
  • Market opportunities for property/casualty insurance services
  • Support advisors with client services
  • Coordinate business and meeting arrangements with advisors, tax team, and estate planners
  • Market to companies for business opportunities
  • Adhere to all industry rules and regulations

Education/Knowledge & Skills

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Basic database skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to obtain required licenses*
