Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain client data within MoneyGuide financial planning software
- Run planning scenarios and model recommendations
- Manage comprehensive and foundational financial planning clients
- Coincide with third-party planning partners to obtain plan deliverables
- Review and analyze data for accuracy prior to advisor final review
- Update financial plans based on client-provided information
- Maintain financial planning checklists and support onboarding of new planning clients
- Aid in preparing financial planning presentations and recommendation documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Collaborative, professional demeanor with a growth-oriented mindset
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in financial planning, wealth management, insurance, banking, or client service
- Interest in pursuing future industry licensing (Series 7, Series 66, Life & Health), though licensing is not required for this role
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $60,000 – $80,000+, based on experience
