Education/Knowledge & Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic database skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

About the Role
We recognize that each area of one’s financial situation impacts the other and that is why we offer a holistic approach to our client’s financial planning. Financial Planning is the core of our holistic approach. As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will work as part of a team with Financial Advisors and other Specialists within the organization. The role varies depending on the needs of the financial planning practice but often includes meeting prep, communicating with clients and our operations team to follow up on business flow. Financial Planning Assistants can grow within the practice, obtain their licenses to grow their career or become a Financial Advisor.
