Financial Planning and Analysis Manager | Remote

Remote role evaluating and improving AI systems in financial planning by designing FP&A scenarios and drafting reference outputs for international tracks.

Responsibilities

• Construct FP&A scenarios spanning budgeting and forecasting cycles, variance analysis, and business partnering.
• Build tasks across financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and capital budgeting.
• Develop scenarios involving FP&A platforms, BI tools, and ERP systems used at large companies.
• Apply FP&A methodologies to produce reference financial models, forecast decks, and variance reports.
• Author rubrics that distinguish authentic FP&A judgment from generic textbook-level work.

Requirements

• Strong relevant experience as an FP&A leader, Director of FP&A, or CFO.
• Direct ownership of budgeting cycles, forecasting models, or capital allocation decisions is required.
• Fluency in FP&A tooling and understanding of corporate finance and financial modeling best practices.
• Recognized professional credential such as CFA, MBA, or CPA is a plus.
• Prior experience in rubric or training authorship is a plus.

• Comfortable managing deliverables with minimal supervision.

Pay

$80-$90 per hour
