Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of five finance professionals, setting priorities and providing mentorship
• Oversee the global budgeting process, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy
• Provide financial leadership in cost accounting, including manufacturing variances, margin analysis, and inventory reporting
• Analyze financial data to support pricing strategies, product costing, capital investments, and new product development
• Develop and deliver management and board-level financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Possess cross-functional partnership skills, partnering with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive informed decision-making
• Monitor financial performance trends and identify risks and opportunities
• Support continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of FP&A or financial analysis experience with prior leadership experience
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a product-based environment preferred
