About the role

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Intern will be an inquisitive and analytical contributor supporting all areas of the FP&A Team. The internship is based at the Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, develop, and automate reports to provide key business partners with actionable insights.
  • Assist with various responsibilities during the monthly financial close process, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating critical aspects of the standard cost process, gaining exposure to manufacturing finance.
  • Partner with FP&A, Commercial, and Strategies teams to organize, analyze, and interpret product and customer profitability data.
  • Support the broader FP&A team on strategic finance initiatives, process automation, and data visualization as needed.

Requirements

  • Current student majoring in Finance or Accounting.
  • Preferred Sophomore/Junior standing.
  • Ability to work 15‑20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer.
  • Ability to work year‑round at the Home Office in Green Bay, WI.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable collaborating within Finance and cross‑functionally.

Skills

  • Strong aptitude for learning technology.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, with drive to build advanced proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Exceptional curiosity, ambition, and communication skills.

Pay

Hourly rate: $18.75

Schedule

Flexible hybrid work schedule, Monday‑Friday.
