Responsibilities

  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models supporting revenue growth, product commercialization, market expansion, and capital planning initiatives.
  • Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to executives and functional leaders.
  • Build KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks focused on SaaS and operational metrics.
  • Support scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Develop scalable reporting processes and financial controls appropriate for a rapidly growing startup.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or finance consulting.
  • Must reside in the continental U.S.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Pay

The salary range for this role varies by location as follows:

  • Colorado: $100,000 – $140,000 per year.
  • California: $110,000 – $150,000 per year.
  • New York (state and local markets): $110,000 – $150,000 per year.
  • Maryland: $105,000 – $145,000 per year (non-exempt positions eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek).
  • Massachusetts: $105,000 – $145,000 per year (non-exempt positions eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek).
  • Illinois: $105,000 – $145,000 per year (non-exempt/hourly positions eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek).
  • New Jersey: $105,000 – $145,000 per year (non-exempt positions eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek).
  • Vermont: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (non-exempt positions eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek).
  • Washington: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (non-exempt positions eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a workweek).

Total compensation includes salary, group health plan benefits, 401(K), profit-sharing contributions, flexible time off, and parental leave. Talent Shift reserves the right to adjust the salary range based on business needs.
