Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain long-range financial models and scenario planning (baseline, best, worst case)
- Possess strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Develop budgets, long-term plans, and executive-level reporting
- Think strategically while executing in a fast-paced environment
- Execute in a fast-paced environment
- Build, coach, and develop high-performing FP&A teams and future leaders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, or related roles
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and strategic programs
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical expertise
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, reporting)
