This Senior Director Financial Planning & Analysis opportunity stands out because you'll lead FP&A strategy for a rapidly expanding organization with 1,200+ locations nationwide, serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, and own long-range planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling that directly impacts company performance and expansion strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
• Develop long-range financial plans and scenario models supporting growth strategy and investment decisions.
• Deliver executive and board-level financial reporting, insights, and performance analysis.
• Drive KPI management, profitability analysis, and strategic decision support.
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, and cross-functional leadership to align financial and operational objectives.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while enhancing planning processes and forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CFA or similar advanced degree
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership of FP&A teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale multi-location businesses, ideally 500+ locations.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling.
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other multi-unit consumer-facing industry experience strongly preferred.
