Financial Planning & Analysis Manager - Forsyth, MO

Major Responsibilities

• Cook up and report annual plans, monthly forecasts, key performance measures, and performance reports to BU Leaders and BU finance leaders at regional and/or global levels.
• Partner with BU Leaders and finance organizations to support key initiatives and drive actions that enhance business unit performance.
• Participate and lead cross-functional efforts within Finance to continuously improve reporting, forecasting, planning, and profitability analysis.
• Develop and present financial results, projections, manufacturing cost analytics, and ad hoc analysis requests to senior management.
• Seek out efficiency and cost improvements in all areas.
• Work in a fast-growing environment and interact with teams from both legacy Deerland entities and other H&W businesses.
• Collaborate with Controlling colleagues to design and implement process changes to improve the relevance and insightfulness of information available to management.
• Support on capital investments and collaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, and Finance areas.
• Influence others within a matrix environment, including senior management.
